- Total Cost: $207.19 booking fee + $103.99 per athlete (plus applicable online processing fees)
- Minimum Participants: 5
- Payment Methods: PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, all major credit cards (online processing fee: 3.2% + $0.79 transaction fee)
